- Will I pay any shipping fees and customs fees?
For, the United States, Canada, European Union, and Non-EU European countries, no, you will not. You will not pay any costs other than the prices that you see on the website. You will not pay any extra customs and shipping fees. We will pay all that costs. For any other country please contact us for up to date information.

- When will my order be shipped after purchase?
Your orders will be prepared and delivered to the shipping company within 1-3 business days. The courier company will approximately deliver your order within 3-5 business days.
You will be informed about the shipping process through your contact details. So, it is very important to fill in your shipping/billing information correctly. Some orders might take up to 7 days to ship, you will be contacted if your order will take more than normal time to ship.

- Which shipping company will my order be sent with?
Your orders will be shipped quickly with DHL Express, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. You will be notified via message or e-mail when the shipment is made.

- What should I do if the shipping package or product is damaged?
When the order reached you and if you see some damage on the box, please don't collect the item from the delivery personell and ask for a "Damage Assessment Report". But if you open the box and see some damage please contact us.

- Missed Parcels?
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to UPP Home, we will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.

- Undelivered items?
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via support (at) upphomestore.com

For all European and International orders, if your parcel is undelivered outside of the ETA time please contact support (at) upphomestore.com. 
Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund. UPP Home will always do our best to locate and update you on our delivery if needed.
