Our Trade Program is exclusively available to interior designers, architects, and commercial designers based in the United States and Canada.
Once we receive your application, you will receive a follow-up email requesting your Trade ID number along with instructions for submitting your W-9 or W-8 forms. Your Trade Membership will be officially activated once your signed and completed forms are processed.
Members enjoy discounts of up to 20% on most furniture items. Please note the following conditions:
Commissions are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal (excluding delivery, installation, and tax charges). You will earn:
Commissions are issued via wire transfer to your bank account on file. Payments are sent by the end of the month following the receipt of payment for the order. Checks are made payable to the primary contact or business name listed on your W-9.
Any returns, exchanges, or price adjustments made after a commission has been paid will be deducted from your commission balance in the following quarter.
If you earn over $600 in commissions during the calendar year, a digital 1099 tax form will be sent to your business email by the end of January.
Simply provide your Trade ID number at checkout to earn commissions. If your client plans to visit the store without you, please notify the store in advance or immediately after their purchase to ensure you receive credit.

To waive taxes, you must submit a valid tax exemption certificate for the specific state where the merchandise is being delivered. This must be provided with every order. Please note that the billing details on the order must match the information on your exemption certificate.

2. Verification & Documentation
Our team will review your submission. You will receive an email requesting your Trade ID number and instructions for submitting your W-9 or W-8 forms.
3. Account Activation
Once your signed and completed forms are processed, your Trade Membership will be officially activated, and you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Tax Exemption Requests
If you are eligible for tax exemption, you must submit a valid tax exemption certificate for the state where merchandise will be delivered. Please ensure your billing details match the certificate to have taxes waived.
