What Is Included

  • Room-of-choice delivery (including one flight of stairs; additional floors may require a fee)

  • Final placement and basic surface wipe-down

What Is Not Included by Default

  • Electrical work, wiring, or wall mounting
  • Assembly that requires specialized tools, drilling into walls, or masonry
  • Removal of existing furniture (available in select areas for a fee if arranged in advance)
  • Hoisting, balcony deliveries, or long carries beyond a standard distance

How It Works

  1. Order — Place your order as usual on our website.
  2. Contact Us — After completing your purchase, please reach out to us at support@upphomestore.com to schedule your complimentary White Glove Delivery (free and only in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware).
  3. Schedule — We will confirm a delivery window and any building requirements with you directly.
  4. Delivery Day — Our team delivers to your room of choice, assembles, places, and removes all packaging.
  5. After Delivery — Inspect your piece with our team. If anything is not perfect, let us know on the spot and email photos to support@upphomestore.com within 48 hours.

Customer Preparation Checklist

  • Measure doors, hallways, elevators, and stairways.
  • Clear a safe path and protect delicate flooring if needed.
  • Reserve elevator or loading dock time when applicable.
  • Secure pets during the appointment.

Timing and Availability

In-stock items typically deliver within 3–10 business days inside the covered states after the order ships. Made-to-order items follow the lead times shown on their product pages.

Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.

Damage, Claims, and Returns
