UPP Home provides complimentary White Glove Delivery to customers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our two-person team handles careful delivery, in-room placement, light assembly, and packaging removal so your furniture is ready to enjoy.

- Electrical work, wiring, or wall mounting
- Assembly that requires specialized tools, drilling into walls, or masonry

- Hoisting, balcony deliveries, or long carries beyond a standard distance
How It Works
- Order — Place your order as usual on our website.
- Contact Us — After completing your purchase, please reach out to us at support@upphomestore.com to schedule your complimentary White Glove Delivery (free and only in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
- Schedule — We will confirm a delivery window and any building requirements with you directly.
- Delivery Day — Our team delivers to your room of choice, assembles, places, and removes all packaging.
- After Delivery — Inspect your piece with our team. If anything is not perfect, let us know on the spot and email photos to support@upphomestore.com within 48 hours.
Customer Preparation Checklist
- Measure doors, hallways, elevators, and stairways.
- Clear a safe path and protect delicate flooring if needed.
- Reserve elevator or loading dock time when applicable.
- Secure pets during the appointment.
Timing and Availability
In-stock items typically deliver within 3–5 business days inside the covered states after the order ships. Made-to-order items follow the lead times shown on their product pages.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
Damage, Claims, and Returns
If you notice any damage, note it with the delivery team at handoff and contact us with photos within 48 hours. We will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. If you anticipate a return, please retain the original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

I absolutely LOVE my desk! It's so beautiful. It's made so well, the quality of the wood, the finish, the drawers...I just have zero complaints. It's exactly what I wanted and better than the photos on the website. This is a desk to last a lifetime. I love working there.
First off I love the chair it’s beautiful. The quality is exceptional and the packaging was very good. My only issue is the color is not the same as American black walnut, it’s much lighter. I’ve kept it as a stand alone chair. If you’re purchasing it as a dining chair I would suggest to get a whole set.

I love my set of Ercol Rustic Nesting tables in Naturel Oak. They are a perfect fit in my compact apartment and look absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the product is very good in my opinion. They are well made, stable and perfect for intended purpose. Also they come with rubber stoppers for the legs so easy and quiet to move around. Delivery was lightning fast as well! Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful nest of tables. Really nice feel to them and a good quality. We're really happy with them and they look great. Only thing to note is that they don't stack completely under one another. The smaller ones have to stick out a bit as per my photos which I didn't realise. But we don't mind and they still look lovely.

It is stunning! I did the 80” length and paired with 70” benches (from Wayfair). It is the focal point of my dining and kitchen area. Made it Turkey and they emailed me progress pics along the way. Customer service was responsive via email when I had questions about shipping. The legs shipped separately but came the same day and bolted on easily. Everything was packaged extremely well and cared for. Table top came in a wooden crate for extra protection.
