Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Larger handmade pieces such as dining tables, consoles, desks, beds, cabinets and epoxy or live edge furniture need approximately 6-7 weeks of production before they ship.

- Will I pay any shipping fees and customs fees? For the United States and the United Kingdom, no, you will not. You will not pay any costs other than the prices that you see on the website. You will not pay any extra customs and shipping fees. We will pay all that costs. For any other country please contact us for up to date information.
- When will my order be shipped after purchase? Your orders will be prepared and delivered to the shipping company within 1-3 business days, except for the larger handmade pieces above, which need approximately 6-7 weeks of production first. The courier company will approximately deliver your order within 3-5 business days. You will be informed about the shipping process through your contact details. So, it is very important to fill in your shipping/billing information correctly. Some orders might take up to 7 days to ship, you will be contacted if your order will take more than normal time to ship.
- Which shipping company will my order be sent with? Your orders will be shipped quickly with DHL Express, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. You will be notified via message or e-mail when the shipment is made.
- What should I do if the shipping package or product is damaged? When the order reached you and if you see some damage on the box, please don't collect the item from the delivery personell and ask for a "Damage Assessment Report". But if you open the box and see some damage please contact us.
- Missed Parcels? Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to UPP Home, we will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.
- Undelivered items? Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via support (at) upphomestore.com
For all European and International orders, if your parcel is undelivered outside of the ETA time please contact support (at) upphomestore.com. Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund. UPP Home will always do our best to locate and update you on our delivery if needed.

These tables are an excellent value for the price. They come flat packed with the legs ready to screw on with no tools needed. I wanted a 24" high table and misread the description measurements. The seller worked with me and i ended up buying two tables slightly bigger and taller than the regular series. Now I have 5 of these cool tables and I love them!
The tables are well made and look great. I love that they nest. We received them very quickly. Everything was wrapped super well so nothing was scratched upon arrival.
A great purchase! I ordered walnut in natural finish. The tables were packed for an expedition to Mars so arrived unscathed despite mild carrier associated damage to the box. They arrived promptly, were easy to assemble, and are a gorgeous to our house.
The color was slightly different than i expected but I loved it! Quality was excellent. I was hesitant bc it’s a lot of money to spend on something you haven’t seen in person but I highly recommend!

Love my tables. I had an issue with the measurements on the listing. The tallest one is 18 1/2” high; the listing showed 25”. The seller and I worked it out. They look great!
Lovely nesting tables, good quality, and nice finish. Very easy to assemble (just screw legs on). Legs definitely match the table tops in our case (another review mentioned this). We got the walnut. Delivery was faster than I expected, given that it's coming from another country. Thanks a lot.

The tables are beautifully crafted and very easy to assembly. We’re impressed with the secure , under table joint fasteners, where screwing in the legs was very straightforward. Within 5 minutes sur three tables were in place, in our room. Lovely wood grain, as well.
I only got 2 of the 3 tables. When I reached out, they said I didn't pay for the 3rd even though it's advertised as 3 nesting tables for 1 price. They said that's the price for 2. In no place did it say 2 nesting tables. It clearly says 3. I paid for the 3rd so I could get the complete set, however they couldn't match the wood tone of the 2 they sent and so now I have only 2 tables and they have to refund me for the third. The marketing is misleading, and if it were clear from the start, I would have ordered 3 matching tables as it clearly states in ours ad. It's very disappointing.
These tables arrived quickly. They are easy to put together. Just screw the legs on and add the felt pads. They are a nice size and will work great in our den.
Pros: great design. Adequate packing, though it could be better. Very easy to put together though no instructions. Sturdy. Overall description is accurate. Very versatile and functional.
Cons: Edges of the tables need to be sanded down and made smooth. They are rough. The tops also need some refinement. Nothing on the bottoms of the legs to prevent scratching the floor at all—very rough. Buyer should be prepared to add felt protection.
Overall, I am happy, but with a bit more effort, these could be an even better product.
