What we can change

Our dining tables can be changed in wood, size, finish, leg style and edge. Many other pieces can change size, leg height or fabric on request.

Length, width and height made to your measurements.
Wood
Solid walnut, oak or chestnut. Order samples to see the grain at home.
Finish and colour
Lacquer in matte, satin or gloss, and stains from deep walnut tones to light natural shades.

How a custom piece works

Send the form below with the piece, size and wood you have in mind. A link to one of our designs helps.
2. Get a price and build date
We reply within 6 hours. Send photos, a sketch or room measurements in your reply to our email.
3. Approve and pay
You pay in full when you approve the quote, through a secure checkout link.
4. We build it
Your piece is made to order in the standard time for its kind (about 6 weeks for a table); we confirm the build date with your quote.
5. See it before it ships
Before your piece ships we send you photos. If you're not happy with it, we refund your payment.
6. Delivered to you
Delivery is free to the US and the UK; a custom table takes about 2 weeks in transit after the build.

Just wanted to share my personal experience with this company and to please AVOID them at all costs. I’m sure you are thinking the same as we did, wow what gorgeous tables. While indeed they are gorgeous, the quality is lacking and most importantly the customer service here SUCKS. A review here on Google is right, they promise to call and never do. You actually can’t get a manager or sales representative to speak to you. All you get are rude emails with an AI generated image of who you are speaking with. My husband and I had been saving money for our dream table and we paid close to 3,000$ for this table. It arrived on May 7th with damage to the legs. I immediately reached out to see about the return policy, which was promised to me as a ship back for a refund OR a replacement. Emmanuel was very rude and was not interested in the slightest with helping us. He wanted measurements on the legs of the table and I did tell them it would be later that evening for me to get measurements since I am a full time nurse and mom to two. They told me never-mind that they would just ship the legs. They never showed. No tracking no nothing. Fast forward to the other pics you see below, the finish on the table is bubbling in multiple places. At first I thought, maybe it’s sticky and can be wiped off. Nope. Sadly, this is bubbling of the resin. I reached out again and I wanted to check on the table legs also. They said “we never received the measurement's” THEN proceeded to advise me to buy a product from their site than can fix the bubbling or get it off of Amazon. Then they said they would credit my account for the product if I chose to buy it… I’m sorry, what? For 3,000$!? This table should not be cracked, damaged, or having defects to the finish. I argued with them, that this should not even be an issue. I have had this table for less than 4 months. I know this company doesn’t care about their reviews or their customers so I don’t expect for this to trigger them to reach out to me, I just wanna keep others from wasting their money like we did. Save your money and shop small somewhere local to you, where you can actually see the table. We ordered and had this shipped to TN. Although, I don’t think buying in person would change the quality at all. Steer clear from UPP Home Store.

Can I see the wood before I order?

Yes. Our wood sample pack has four samples and costs $20. You can also see our furniture at our showrooms in Somerset and Fairfield, New Jersey.

Which finishes are available?

A lacquer finish in matte, satin or gloss, and a range of stains from deep walnut tones to light natural shades.

Can I see my piece before it ships?

Yes. Before your piece ships we send you photos. If you're not happy with it at that point, we refund your payment.

Where do you deliver?

Shipping is free to the US and the UK. We also ship to other countries; the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Can I return a custom piece after it ships?

No. Custom pieces are made to your order and can't be returned once they ship, so we send you photos before shipping. If a part arrives damaged, we replace it free. See our refund policy.
