We just bought a table for our new home. We came across UPP on Etsy and quickly fell in love with the work. We are so happy with our purchase. Incredible craftsmanship and quality. The delivery service was unmatched! There were a few mishaps with the installation and the team was so helpful to go buy the right hardware at Home Depot and make sure the table was properly installed. Thank you!

Service is excellent. I was promised a white glove treatment when I called the sales room. I even explained where I was going to live and they told me that was fine. I purchased the bed and then they told me that it would be shipped to me and I would have to make arrangements to have someone put it together. I wrote back to an individual not just a blank Screen and said that I had been told that my state was eligible for White glove service at the time. Understood completely and actually made arrangements for individuals to come to put the bed together. The bed is awesome and the individuals that came to do. The work were very organized.
